Dear Cenacle Family Members (Email Correspondents, please forward copy to
your Custodian, THANKS!)

May the grace and peace of the Holy Spirit be with us forever! 

May the message and the blessings of the Easter Mystery continue to unfold for
you.

There are a few items that I would like to share with you at this time.
Some are feeling a little "overwhelmed" by all the "news" in our area, so
I wish to keep it short....I'll try!

First: our ANNUAL RETREATS AT HOLY TRINITY. We currently have 24 listed
Cenacles in our Trinity Region. Of those 8 have not sent in any
registrations to attend. May I encourage you if you are coming, to
please go ahead and make your reservations. It helps staff in planning
and for the Retreat Directors to make copies of handouts and to plan for
your retreats. For those not registered yet I extend the invitation to
"come and join us". It is so seldom that we are able to be together as
family I hope you will make every effort to come. It is indeed a busy
time with graduations/weddings and family occasions...but this too is
your family. We have 3 exciting weekends planned for/with you. Current
registrations are: May 12 has 23 (+3 Team) registered, June 2 has 43 (+2
Team) (This weekend may have our Candidate Hispanic Cenacle from De
Funiak Springs in attendance and will be the beginning of our Bi-lingual
retreats..please help them feel welcomed and a part of our family) and
June 9 has 43 (+2 Team) so there are still some places left. I am told
we could accommodate @ 50 at each weekend to be full. Each weekend will
have a Director and one/more MCA presenting at least one of the talks.
Hope to see many of you there.

Second: Plan to bring with you: (if its warm your swimsuit??? for a
swim at St. Josephs)
1. Your newest roster to include newly elected Custodian/Asst. Custodian
and all new Associates.
2. Pins for new Associates
3. Bring any musical Instruments you can play (not the baby grand
piano....)
4. Some form of entertainment for Sat night Social Time (in costume???)
5. Your report for the Apostolic Meeting on the Apostolic Works of your
members
6. Prayer Service (with copies for all) if you're to give one
7. A willingness to assist-please offer your help...we have 2 new MCA
Facilitators Ivette and Maletta (We all will be missing Sr.
Josepha...she did a lot of "behind the scene little extras for us."  We
will need to "fill in" in her absence. We knowing that she
will be praying and assisting us on our weekends.)
8. Bring news of those in your Cenacle who are ill (and a card for all
to sign and bring back to them - or buy one in the Book store so they
are included in our retreats).
9. And don't forget Your Spirit of Zeal!!!

Third and last please begin NOW to think about the September Regional
Council meeting. (Registration forms will be available at our Annual
Retreats). It is very important that ALL CUSTODIANS plan to attend. I
realize this is a financial strain for many. I have requested and
received a grant from the Leadership Fund to assist on this weekend as
this Regional Council will be the start of "shared Leadership" in our
Region. I am still checking on how the grant should be spent to best
help all. It may be a partial scholarship for all to attend, or it may
pay our Facilitator (Sr. Brenda Hermann, MSBT) fees to lower our cost. I
am still negotiating and will advise as soon as I am able. But know
there will be some monetary assistance.

I have tried faithfully to be in contact with ALL cenacles in our Region
by email and regular mail. Sr. Mary Ann and I have done some cenacle
visits, and we have a second team, Ivette, Asst. Reg. custodian and Betty
Wittekind. MCA who will also begin doing some visiting. Some of you
have been faithful in providing some response back so I know you are
there. I appreciate with all my heart hearing from you! Some cenacles I
haven't heard a peep... So I am wondering...are you out there??? Is
there a problem? Can I help you in ANY way? What is happening in/to
your cenacle? I have many questions...because I LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOU.
